I'm a portrait photographer based in the UK, creating honest, thoughtful portraits for editorial, commercial and private clients.
I've been fortunate to work with organisations including 20th Century Fox and the V&A, and my photographs have appeared in the Sunday Times and the Los Angeles Times. My work has also been recognised in the Portrait of Britain and Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize.
I don't believe great portraits happen by accident. They start with a conversation, taking the time to put people at ease and understand what they're looking for. The result is a relaxed experience and photographs that feel natural, authentic and unmistakably you.

Portrait workshop | Stockport | Sunday 11th October - Back to basics, the fundamentals of studio portraiture. Whether you're new to the studio or just wanting to refresh after a break, this workshop will cover the absolute basics of lighting, metering, posing and composition. Portrait & Lighting workshop | Rotterdam | Sunday October 18th - A run through of my approach to location and studio portrait shoots from metering and lighting to composition and assessing the location. We'll be using a mix of continuous light and daylight to get a number of looks on the day.
